By accessing ToolBoxGenie at https://toolboxgenie.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

ToolBoxGenie provides free online utilities that run in your web browser. No registration is required, and no account is created. The tools are offered as-is for general use, and are provided at our discretion — we may add, change or withdraw any tool at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to process material you have no right to process;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
  • scrape, mirror or systematically republish the site’s content without written permission;
  • interfere with or attempt to circumvent the advertising that funds the site.

The data you enter into a tool remains yours. Because the tools run locally in your browser, we neither receive nor store it, and we claim no rights over it. You are responsible for ensuring you are permitted to process the material you use with these tools.

The site’s design, source code and written content are owned by ToolBoxGenie and protected by copyright. You may use the tools and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish the content wholesale or present the tools as your own.
